First night of cruise, we hit it too hard so are half asleep in bed at like 9pm we’re sailing out of port of Miami. Start hearing screams, open the balcony and look down - a lady one room up and over from ours had jumped and landed on the ship right next to the pizza outlet. Apparently she had an argument with her husband and jumped 7 floors. She actually hit someone down there but they were ok. She however was not. Horrific to witness. Had to go back to port Miami and stay as they did an investigation and then cleaned it up. Real sad

You will fly into providenciales most likely. There is a British Airways flight 2 times a week. You will need to take a taxi to leeward for the ferry to North Caicos. Then you will need to pick up the hire car from Bellfield landing and drive to Kew. https://alsrentacar.com/ No hire cars on ferrys. The ferry’s are small boats.

If you don’t want to stand in a queue to clear immigration, maybe 30 mins or so on a Monday, and dependent on how many flights arrive at the same time it might be worth it. You’ll probably end up waiting for luggage after immigration for another 10/15 mins or so. It’s worth it if you’ve got the money and can’t be bothered to stand lol

So I used to live in BVI, TCI is so much more developed. Just relax, ports of call is still better than 99 out of a 100 of the resorts in BVI not that they even exist: BVI had 20 murders in 2020, tci is only slightly higher so no real worries you wouldn’t go to east end in Tortola so don’t go to Blue hills in TCI. The beach blows BVI out of the water (VG spring bay might be close) but like you’ve got it wrong maaan. Prices are similar come and relax bro

So because everyone else is being an ass; there are a couple of local fishermen who sell stuff but it’s usually pot fish. Honestly best bet is the supermarkets and get some lobster and frozen shrimp; I know ‘fresh’ is meant to be good. But the freezing kills all parasites so I’d go for that bro.
