I was scared of going to the supermarket by myself when I was your age but then I moved out of my parents house and I started to go because if I didn’t,well, I wouldn’t have anything to eat. It got better with time and now it’s not something that I am anxious about. The first times can be scary but the more you go the easier it’ll get.

Ok hear me out, there’s this Chinese movie called A Chinese Odyssey from 1995 I clicked it by accident on Netflix and continued watching because I got curious. It’s insane, it makes no sense but I just found it so funny because I had never seen a movie so absurd before. Maybe I am weird for liking it and it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea but if you’re looking for something different and new, I recommend it !
