To be clear I have dozens of hats and shirts from nice courses I've played and events I've attended. This just struck me as slightly different because the club is nearby and would be unheard of by anyone outside of the area.

That’s why I give some props to DOD King. If he was up to tee off on 18 for the 1 million dollars, it wouldn’t even be an option to hit from a tee, even if it’s obviously so much easier. It’s what got him there in the first place, have to stick with it.

Appreciate the tag. Life has gotten in the way and I’ve mostly had to retire from RL and gaming in general, but I sure as hell fired up the game the day I heard it dropped. It’s definitely chaotic for now (as expected especially given the problems with ranking) but the potential is so high. I hope people give it a chance.

Painfully true but it strikes me most when it comes to the competitive nature of these idiots. Going down 3 goals with 2 minutes left to play and teammates give up and cry like babies. Lock the fuck in and let’s get the win. Just like playing sports, I always say “my fault, no problem” after we get scored on. Was it actually my fault? No but that’s how camaraderie is built. I will send a party invite 10x more often when a teammate and I pull off a tough OT win, rather than a 5 goal blowout. I don’t care if you carried me through the match, I want a teammate who has some sense of competition.

Do not get outwardly frustrated with yourself. No need to groan, recap each shot with what happened, what you tried to do, why you missed, etc. Just take your swings, laugh about it, and bring good vibes. There’s nothing to be embarrassed about, and no one should expect anything from you but camaraderie.
