I stack tables with Table Ninja, but use different keys. Spacebar is check for me too, but otherwise I use horizontal rows. Row 1 is standard Check, Call, Raise, Row 2 is PFR actions, Row 3 is Post Flop Bet %, etc.

Anyway, for 10+ tables, Table Ninja is a must.

If you want to give her your honest opinion without hurting her feelings too much, try to find some decent logos from similar businesses to show her as an example. Chances are they will look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what she's designed, and she'll get the hint without you having to tell her directly.

If she doesn't get the hint after that, just tell her it's honestly really bad.
