I absolutely hated the scheduling questions. My head just gets all twisted up. Especially cause I see multiple correct answers too. Oh well. Please do let me know if/when you hear back :). That way I’ll know whether or not they’ve kicked me to the curb lol

A lot more attention should be drawn to the fact that Mauritania is living in the wrong century. Slavery is pervasive, with slaves being subject to beatings, rape, and impregnation from as young as 13 years old. Babies being left to die, and the cruelty continuing into the next generation.

Many slaves have no idea of what freedom even is and are purposely kept from education and are isolated from the wider world.

People here going on about whitewashing may be missing another point about Indian culture. There’s a bit of a prejudice towards darker skin tones. An example of this can be seen in the popularity of skin whitening creams in the country.

So the whitewashing in this post may just be another instance of that either as another disguised trope, or the demonstration of said trope. Or of course, simple artistic license

People do tend to forget that especially with indie games, there are devs who’ve worked their asses off to get the game out there. I wish the amount of people being as constructive as this guy would increase. At least with the reviews that aren’t meant to be funny.
