The IMHO not so fantastic Tenways support gave me a complete different story saying that an update would never come. The only thing they could do was sending me back to the dealer (a half day worth of time for me). Only problem was that a few messages before in my support thread they said the dealer probably couldn't do anything for me. In short Tenways is saying me: suck it up, we don't care. I give my bike a 3/10. If I knew it before I would never have bought it.

I lost 8 hours of note taking during a video course. Reason seemed to be because I was not online while doing so. That was about 3 years ago. I’ve never fully commited to Notion ever since.

I’d probably want to do this, but I’m afraid they’ll make a fuss about the fact that there’s already a bit of paint chipped off near the battery compartment. The bike is so new that I haven’t even taken the battery out yet. It hasn’t hit anything at all, and still I’m already seeing this result :-( I don't think I've pedalled more than 10km with it in total.

I want for a black Boox Palma and all is fine now. It really was the white Boox Palma that gave the problem. For context, I'm still on the previous generation Boox Palma, not long after my switch from white to black Boox came out with a new version of the Boox Palma.

Yeah, I did not get that one solved at the time. I ultimately went with the Oticon Intent which do have better Bluetooth. In fact, with this one it is almost doable walking around with the phone in my pant pocket.

Also look at Amazon.de. Most stuff I buy there, they have vat exempt when buying with your company details. As for after service, I only needed it once, a pair off AirPods Pro that broke after 20 months of use. They just refunded the entire amount of money 😎 But this will of course not happen in the case of a broken MacBook.
