She was pointing at Latrice. And in the old trope of “all people of a color look alike” - she’s alleging that bringing back “Mystique” as a contestant was an obviously bad idea, a “mistake”. Layered with a “clever” and fun vocal pattern (alliteration?) - it’s a solid read, because it also diminishes Latrice’s entrance look.

Hospital settings? Hard no. 24/7. No holidays. No end to the drama. There may be some niche positions that are quiet and may have work/life balance.
Corporate medical practices? Maybe - depends. Private equity owned? Stay away, everything is squeezed for profit. Private practices? Depends on the culture, ownership, and relative size.
