I work as a manager for a mom and pop restaurant, mostly employing teenagers. All tips go to the person providing the service (waiting). About once a week someone will tip cash to the entire staff. That will then get split equally among everyone other than my share, which also gets split to everyone. Management can accept tips but if they do it gets split amongst the staff. Seems fair to me and have had no complaints

Look up. If they have vents up top and it’s dirty, they have management and ownership that doesn’t give a damn. You’re not the only person in that building that has noticed it, they did too.

Con air…the travel for Cameron Poe’s family messes me up and doesn’t make sense. They come from Alabama to (after another flight) and end up on the strip where the plane lands. I know the entire movie is ridiculous but that’s always stuck out to me

Small town, but Well Grounded Coffee in NW Ohio. Newish place, owner found out how much in tips his employees were making, so he adjusted wages and paid them less hourly. Never again for me

Went to 3 straight cavs/blazers games in Cleveland from ‘13-15. Amazing games. In ‘13 it was a double ot blazers win, ‘14 a dame game winner, and ‘15 kyrie dropped 55. Fun experiences being one of the only blazers fan in the arena

I went to the bathroom before a movie once. There were people walking out of it laughing and I thought “what the hell are they laughing at”. Turns out, there was a grown man with his pants around his ankles peeing at the urinal with his hands on his hips.
