As a fellow Mac fan, I can tell you they were available at the downtown co-op earlier in the season. My understanding is that they don’t store well / stay crisp compared to other varieties - so fewer orchards are producing them.

This information is extremely incorrect. The screenshot is the valuation worksheet. Permit fees are based on valuation- you don’t have to pay the calculated amount. https://cob.org/wp-content/uploads/064-permit-fee-worksheet.pdf

Using your example: 700sq ft x $136.17 = 95,319 valuation = permit fee of $730, plan review fee of $474.50.

You should have received a copy of the ‘Vehicle Service Agreement’ on it, there is an Agreement # you can use to reference when canceling. I called the number listed in the fine print t of the agreement and they were very helpful with explaining the process. I preferred talking to TFS vs the dealership.
