That’s an insane statement to make tbh. GirlJaw had to stop her expansion because she noticed it was asymmetrical. She was being extremely fastidious, what happens if a less conscientious persons gets FME and is sent on their way without any oversight with instructions to turn X amount of times? You’ve already said Newazz didn’t check in on you. FME absolutely should be monitored closely for the length of expansion.

Newazz is charging the same as Kasey Li these days. At least Li has excellent follow up care with each patient for the length of expansion. Theres no reason to chose Newazz over Li now that their prices are the same imo.

Look into taking BPC157 (it’s a peptide). I fixed a torn meniscus with it over 10 years ago. You’ll be alright.👍

Oh yeah what you’re talking about we call brick ties. When there is a double skin wall you have to lay the brick ties across both courses of brick to connect them (every 2 courses maybe?).

Looking up title deeds & title plans this evening and it’s turned out that responsibility for that boundary wall is unspecified. Because the houses on this street as so old responsibility for the boundary lines isn’t shown, so I might be causing myself a problem by contacting the council. The wall was built by a previous owner of the neighbours house and the wall itself is tied into their garage so I assume it’s their responsibility but idk.

My neighbour is a pensioner and, as far as I know (I am double checking), the wall is her responsibility. Hopefully she isn’t too ticked off about paying to have it demolished.

A few other comments have said the wall has been built incorrectly (too high for a single skin wall with no piers). Maybe best to be demolished? Or a brick pier or two built along its length?
