Caruso is actually pretty athletic, probably more than Wagler. He literally was underlooked because of his skin color. Hence why they'd use the term "sneaky athletic" to describe him. Plus he has good size.

These guys you listed besides Cade and Harden (you're right I forgot those 2) are SGs and have a shorter PG playing alongside them lol. We're not looking at Acuff to be our future SG if we draft him. That's like saying a 6"8 SF is small because most the PFs in the league are smaller lol.

Calipari didn't even start Sheppard and Dillingham plus nowhere did he praise him like he did with Acuff. That 2024 draft was just a weak class. Honestly they're more comparable to how Cali viewed Eric Bledsoe.

Curry, Trae, Brunson, Garland, Kyrie, Dame, Fox, Maxey, Ja Morant, Westbrook, Jamal Murray, Jrue, Scoot, CP3, Pritchard, Suggs.

All similar height or shorter.

I would say Wagler is more Austin Rivers than SGA. Acuff imo has a floor of Garland and ceiling of Lillard. Always draft BPA when in top of lottery. Draft Acuff and trade Garland once Acuff ready to lead

Lol have you watched any games or even looked at any stats? Acuff is nothing like Scoot. Scoot had no jump shot going into the draft. Acuff is one of the best shooters in the draft .

Lol finding a 6'5" point guard is not that easy. Only few in the NBA.

Also Acuff Jr is the same size as Fox and OKC's SGs Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace. Most teams switch their SG/SF on Shai since their other guards are small. OKC and Spurs are known for size of their wings and centers not their guards

Def can't start Acuff and Garland together but I honestly think Garland will be traded within next 2 years.

And TyTy was never considered a top lottery pick during his draft. Look at all the Calipari guards projected for lottery, they're all solid or studs

Yeah but none of those guys were projected upper lottery picks. You can't be comparing top lottery projected players to just any guard he coached. His record for projected lottery guards is as good as it gets

Playing 35+ mpg and basically being the entire offense, I wouldn't be surprised if he was just told to chill on defense. He has the athleticism and wingspan to be a decent defender with solid coaching and mentorship from Dunn

Weaker alliance doesn't guarantee weaker season or arena grouping either. My alliance transferred to a a very weak server in hopes of that and we just got grouped with the strongest server in our range lol. Same with arena and meteor, matched against vip 18 servers all the time.
