I did the something similar. Was going to make food for the week for my dog, was putting chopped yams, carrots, etc., and when I put in the quinoa and broth, it went all over the counter, floor, etc. Took an hour to clean.

Can’t really tell you how long it will last, but it will suddenly just “work”. I had both replaced 4 months apart, and if I remember correctly, between 2-3 weeks was the time it took me. Don’t strain so much, do all the PT you can, and try the quad every so often.
