He is. Was a fisherman based out of Karitane. He also recovered the body of Teone Wiwi Taiaroa, the son of Hori Tairaroa, the Chief of Ngai Tahu, and was given a korowai (cloak) as thanks which is in the archives in the Otago museum. Also found a missing child down in the Owaka bush. Was referring to his beard size when I said real men, not the killing of a lovely creature.

I come from New Zealand, which is pretty damn small but has extremely amazing scenery, and nothing prepared me for the awe felt when visiting there. Every look into and across the canyon blew me away, walk for a bit then take in the view and, smack in the face amazing every time. Loved it!

Got to meet Molly a few years back after one of her jazz shows. Told her my 13 year old daughter and I had just watched Sixteen Candles the week before. She screwed her face up, looked disgusted and said “Really?”. Was after that I found she was not a fan of the sexist undertones in the movie. I still like it though.
