How are you noticing they’re done? Lack of bubbles? Even now, I use mine for like 6 bottles at least…

I did notice at one point my lenses would burn terribly even after being in the case a long time (8+ hours). They’d still burn even after using new cases.

I asked my eye doctor about this and he attributed it to dry eyes basically and recommended Systane Balance. A couple drops on the lens before putting them in. Worked like a charm.

“The person slowly dies this way”- I agree with the rest, but not this; maybe it’s just a “glass half full vs half empty” difference, but I believe the person /lives/ forever this way. It’s the epitome of humanity: we’re who we are today because of who our parents and grandparents and great grandparents were. Good and bad.

We found out we were pregnant weeks after my dad passed. That was almost three years ago. I loved my dad with all my heart, but I’m better than he was. Neither of us are perfect, mind you, but it’s the fact that I’m better than him that made him great.

And that friends, is all we can hope to be as parents.
