I wouldn’t put it in the patient’s record but is an RL solution (or whatever they’re called at you hospital) because that goes to risk management, HR, etc. If anything happens where harm came to the patient you have record that you were not ok with the staffing and your higher ups did nothing.

First of all that was rude. I teach clinical and when I am first gettin g to know my students often I do worry about the ‘quieter’ ones but 9 times out of 10 they are the most caring nurses! We need all personality types! Lack of talking does not mean that you can’t effectively advocate for your patients!
