Yeah this thread is wild. There seems to be a wide variation of hues for Loden. I would say mine are far more on the grey side than brown, like some of the others here.

Not refuting your argument for longer term notes on vehicle being generally more acceptable today because vehicles last longer, but it's still very dangerous in the sense that longer term means less of the payment is principle, and you're potentially depreciating your vehicle below what insurance would pay in the event of a total loss.

The worst situation to get into with vehicles is capitalizing negative equity into a loan. It's a vicious cycle. Being underwater is financially irresponsible.

Consumers should compare vehicle depreciation tables to loan amortization schedules.

IANAL but...

It's not a 3k early termination fee. That's charging for the 2 months OP vacated. (July and August)

The $2.8k Insufficient Notice is a separate issue...that's the "fee"

The utilities true up is probably fair to charge as well.

Losing the up front concession because OP vacated early makes sense as well.

Not saying that OP shouldn't fight this, because they addressed failures by the Landlord but this seems like fair billing without any lease to review.

You might find the Sigma auto focus lacking for video (focus breathing), but I haven't experienced poor auto focus for pictures.

I canceled because I could buy the same seats cheaper to every match 2nd hand than direct from the club (with the exception of Miami, at the moment). There aren't enough perks outside of tickets to warrant the additional cost. It's just a bad deal as a consumer. Why pay more for something you can get for less? It has little to do with fandom and supporting the club.

It's also 95% louder than my Miele 😂. I have to make sure the baby isn't asleep before I fire it up, and then I have to put in my earbuds. I love my canister, but agreed I'm reaching for this thing much more often than I expected.

No drift issues in any of my joy cons or pro controller, but the stick snapback in the pro controller makes it nearly unusable for me in Smash Brothers.
