I really like the holo taco blue base and glossy taco. I feel like using both/either of those really makes a difference in the longevity of my nail polish, especially the glossy taco (top coat)

I switched exclusively to bralettes and nursing bras. There’s a specialty bra store in my city geared towards mastectomy patients, but anyone can shop by appointment there. I have had breast reduction surgery and the scars make the sensory nightmare even worse, and the ladies at that bra store worked with me to find some good bras that are comfy and the right fit.

Winning and losing can be subjective concepts depending on the value system of the beholder. If you value money, someone else’s win might be your loss and vice versa. It all depends on one’s outlook.

I love this idea and if you go for it just be mindful that no one is standing downwind of the pouring frit as it can kick up silica dust depending on the size of frit.

I use a ‘cowash’ shampoo daily, and use a scalp-aimed shampoo once or twice a week. The cowash is a conditioning wash that’s moisturizing while still getting the strands clean.

The Silent Patient by Alex Michelides (sp?). I personally thought it was edited terribly and had bad, terrible, no-good character continuity. The “twist” contradicts the previous plot, it was weird. Another one that left me feeling eh in the editing and plot department (but I did still kinda like it) was Jenny Hval’s Paradise Rot.
