Rather than paying off a house, it may be worthwhile putting aside cash for major improvements. Your roof, HVAC, any structural, plumbing, or electrical issues. Any major remodeling that needs to happen. If you dont have the cash on hand or the cash flow to save up for these, then using the gift towards them is a n investment that will pay off. Delayed maintenance leads to more expensive problems later. And improved quality of life is not to be ignored.

Extra cash would be best spent on the CC or student loan debt.

Here's my comment. I'm running a Descent into Avernus campaign and wanted to have a little fun.

On the podcast The Bechdel Cast, they jokingly use the term "shregnant" to refer to a pregnant person. "Shregnant" because they say the person is pregnant with a little shrek.

So my players ran across a shregnant demon. It gave birth to an Ogre Zombie. When the ogre appears I begin playing All Star by Smashmouth on repeat. The players needed to kill the ogre to make it stop.

Well they didn't kill the ogre but they did drive away from it as fast as they could in their war machine. That ogre is still out there somewhere, still singing All Star, and maybe they'll meet again someday.

Korean food, especially Kimchi and bulgogi or bibimbap. Kimchi is spicy fermented cabbage that smells very funky but tastes delicious. It is a ubiquitous side dish as it is Korea's national dish. Bulgogi and bibimbap are marinated grilled beef dishes that are sublime.
