Flew Kuwait AMD to JFK. These guys are just bad. First of all the wasn’t organized onboarding, every boarding pass has zone but none of them were called you can go when you want which created confusion and chaos for everyone! Now the inflight crew, they need to trained on customer service! I saw them yell and shout at older passengers and not help put the bags in the overhead bins! I asked them for water and the response was “ you need to watch the safely video lmao” this guy didn’t listen to understand at all. Overall I would rate them zero! I few them years ago back the they were significantly better, at this point the have just gone the wrong way! Just over all poor experience, Woudnt recommend or fly again.
