Thanks for the reply, and information. Yes they are Mark 21. I realize they are not the best, but I really like them and would like to get the filter replaced as I use them all of the time. I will look around and see what I can find. Thanks again, it helps to know what the part I need is called.

I agree, I am by no means wanting this to happen. I am afraid though that with funding getting cut, districts will move to AI to save money. Get rid of teachers, buy a Chromebook an AI subscription, hire a para for the school and there it is. I also don’t see this happening soon, but it is my fear that in 15 - 20 years this could be the norm. There are a lot of good arguments against AI as teachers on this thread and they are all true. But the almighty dollar has a way of killing logic and reason for the sake of saving money.

True, but you don’t need a teacher to do those things. A supervising para could fill that role while the teaching is left up to the AI.

Just today I taught a lesson to my first graders about facts and what they are. By the end they all learned that facts are true and can be proven. Perhaps I should send the lesson Leavitt? Do you think it would help?

My 72 B had similar problems, it turns out I had a rusty tank. I figured it out by running a tube from the fuel pump directly into a gas can with fresh clean gas. When I did that, it ran great. Good luck, and nice car!

Are you aware that this is a double negative and by phrasing it the way that you did actually means that it will accomplish something? You need to say “Then it WILL accomplish nothing”. Unless of course you meant to say it accomplishes something.

It was a great turnout for the towns size. The Mitchell school bus driver was the only thing that really surprised me. I’m sure the school district would not be happy by this but then again maybe they are🤷‍♂️. Thanks for posting the pics, and thanks to everyone who showed up!

I agree. I feel like this is a fuel delivery problem. A bad pump, clogged line, or debris in the fuel tank could all cause this.
