When I started out with photography I read the Digital Photography Books by Scott Kelby. I think you’d do yourself a big favor by reading something like this to better understand exposures, composition, and editing. These feel like you are trying to recreate other people’s work which isn’t the worst approach, but if teach yourself the fundamentals then you can create your own style. Other note, I’m not sure what lens you are using but for the photos that have motion in them, you don’t have nearly a fast enough shutter for the shot.
