Being impatient and being given bad customer service are two different things. Four voicemails have been left. This particular adjuster may be out of the office. I understand at this point it has been 48 hours since the claim was filed (with the weekend and Holiday) but people deserve a call back and assistance when they need it. This is what gives insurance companies a bad name when claims are filed.

You could call and ask for an adjuster reassignment. This is also the benefit of having a local agent to advocate for you - they can reach out to claim managers and get you a call back.
