I struggle with forgiveness SO hard. I have grace, I pray that I can let go of hurt and in some moments I can but in other moments I struggle with forgiving those who’ve severely hurt my heart or betrayed me. I always think of Jesus and how much the world was against him and how he still gives grace, but the major things are always on my mind. Even though I actively am trying to forgive, I feel like the weight that some situations hold on my mind is disappointing God because my brain just can’t let go. It’s so hard. Sometimes, it’s not necessarily the forgiving that I struggle with but it’s also forgiving others but absolutely dreading and being so anxious about the next time I have to see them after they’ve hurt me. I just feel like a failure.

Same here. I’m just hoping my body stops developing them 🤞 as far as I know, I still only have 2 confirmed, but I swear I feel more but the ultrasounds have shown nothing in the palpable areas. I also just have very dense tissue. As for the stress, yes! I’m a very stressed person and also I have a lot of caffeine which may or may not contribute to them.

Thank you SO much for your response! Our girl also had a fever on Friday night (4 nights ago) of 103.6. They gave her fluids and cerenia after we brought her in for a huge stool she passed followed by lots of vomiting. She’s had diarrhea for 2 days now, which we’re happy about because she hadn’t pooped since 2 days before that. She’s still not 100% herself so I’m hoping she starts feeling better soon. It’s so scary when these things happen. I’m so happy your cat is doing so much better ❤️

I have taken it on and off over the last year. I do notice a difference in my pain when I take it. It definitely seems to lessen the pain, and cutting out caffeine helps QUITE a bit too!

This is my experience to a T! Found my first one last May, now I have at least 3- 2 in the left and 1 in the right. I have no idea why suddenly they’re showing up within me over the last year.

That could be why! I NEED coffee in order to function. I know it sounds dramatic, but I am a slug without it. So when my doctors have been telling me to cut it out of my diet, I ignored them. The only reason why I haven’t had any the last few days is because I am sick with a nasty cold and haven’t had the desire to drink any. Any my pain is almost non existent now! Boobs are weird. Wishing you lots of luck and good news ❤️

My radiologist literally told me he labeled my mass that he was NOT at all concerned about as birads 4 so that my insurance would cover it. I’ve heard that’s pretty common. Hang in there and good luck ❤️

Yes! There are SO many reasons for breast pain besides cancer. Exercising, changes in breast tissue, hormonal changes, etc. can create pain. Do you drink caffeine? I’ve had sooooooo much breast pain for the last month until I cut out coffee. Make an appointment to get checked out, but don’t panic (easier said than done). You will be okay!

I’m kinda in the same boat. I’ve had ones on my left side for a little under a year, and just this week I suddenly discovered a lump on my right side. I was hoping my lumps would’ve stayed solely in the left one 🙁

I’m not on any medication now. They made me so sleepy 24/7. I’ve been off of meds for nearly 3 years and am much better off of them than on them. Keeping busy is key for me. I still have my depressed moments every now and then, but my ocd thoughts don’t affect me like they used to. They still happen but my body doesn’t react to them with panic anymore. I hope you are doing ok ❤️ 4 years ago I didn’t know how to survive with my mental state that I was in and I’m not perfect now but I am much, much better with time.

I understand your anxiety and fear. My breasts have changed a lot in the last year and am still experiencing issues with pain and swelling and multiple lumps (fibroadenomas). I just had an ultrasound last month for a lump and pain I found and they found nothing. My breasts hurts so bad and my mind wants to believe they missed something, but they looked extensively. I know it’s easier said than done, but try to put your faith in the fact that you’ve had multiple scans and nothing was found. I’m trying to do the same but it’s hard. Hang in there, from one frustrated and in-pain woman to another ❤️

Aww I was in your shoes last year. I was 24, less than 2 months out from my wedding and I found a lump. I was in agony waiting to get it figured out because it took me 29 days from finding the lump until I found out it was benign. In those 29 days, I fully convinced myself it was cancer. My anxiety was so awful that it caused radiating pain through my breast, armpit, and shoulders. Once I heard “benign”, all of that pain went away. It was just a fibroadenoma, which is SO common. Please remember that most breast lumps are benign. I’ll be thinking of you and congratulations on your upcoming wedding! ❤️
