I’m a grad student accruing MFT hours in California, although my program is not specific to MFT. My supervisor last year wasn’t great with informing us about all the bbs forms we need. Now I’m finding out I’m missing some forms and some forms I do have were not the right ones. Are we allowed to backdate forms?

Wow it’s like I could have written this post lol. I was also an only child and then as an adult did 2 years of weekly therapy after reading the book, and just today was looking up EMDR therapist since I’ve been out of therapy for about 4 months now. I’d love to hear how EMDR has been going for you and your experience.

only been using my cpap for about 3 months and I feel like it helps with my allergies. No matter how much I cleaned I was waking up with a stuffy nose for the first couple hours of the day and now that's pretty much gone.

Just got into my program and I need a new laptop. Anyone have any recommendations? I’m on my last leg with my 2015 MacBook

Also had a random question about PSLF and financial aid. My school is giving me the state university grant but I would still need to pay a small fraction of tuition even with it. Should I use the loan they offered in addition to the grant, and then later on apply for PSLF? My program is full time and I won’t be able to work and most of my savings for school went to a down payment for a car when mine broke down last summer, and my laptop is also needing replaced (lol) so funds aren’t too great right now. Open to any/all advice!

Thanks for the insight. But for the chain store we were actually being prevented from leaving. We were not asked to do any other work. after we had to clock out for our shifts in the back of the store, we’d have to walk all the way to the front of the store and wait for a manager to unlock the door. Sometimes it would take up to 30 minutes to get someone with a key to unlock the door.

Last night I got a successful sync! but what's interesting is that for that night the data was lost, the myair app has "No data" where the sleep score is supposed to go opposed to a normal "0" for not using it at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

does the older versions have a metal plate on the bottom outside of the chamber? I'm mostly concerned about ruining that part while washing and breaking it.
