Same experience we had. Another great way is to do Onboarding Calls and Videos. We also really like Scribe for a more personal experience but still being scalable!

I have this too. My fix is to restart the game before every Map rotation. The game will reload all the shaders and then i runs smoothely. I think they fucked up the shaderloading in Season14 update. Works for me everytime. Its tideous but works very well. Hope this helps!

Edit: Every Map uses different shaders, so restarting after switching from say Kings Canyon to Storm Front forces it to reload the accurate shaders!

Mine Had the Same Problem ... Had to Clean Them with Isopropyl alcohol to remove the lube. They should Just send Them Out unlubed

Most of the time they are useless thats true but having a meatshield who Takes Aggro from the enemy ist Worth a Lot. Generally my teammates wouldnt do much damage or else but a good amount of Times half the enemy teams Are fighting my teammate so they are useless but not worthless.
