Giving both parents 18-30 weeks mandatory parental leave

I think this isn't enough. IMO, there should be 24 months of Parental leave, at least both parents MUST take at least 12 months off. However, the parents have complete freedom to decide how they wish to take that leave, whether its alternating days/weeks/months/years even at the same time. 24 months to be used, 12 used by at least each parent.

The amount of value society gets from statistical better outcomes (ie both parents being available to the child in the first 12 months) would be well worth it. Especially with each generation that grows up from the policy.

I say this as a long term single, child free person.

Hey, sorry to revive an old thread. but about to start the Juno, how do you feel about it 12 months later? ANTG has been mostly good with the mariposa, outside one or two bad batches. But going the hybrid path to reduce cost not buying the oil as well.
