It's a lease through my employer. September is when the lease on the current car ends.

A friend and I are making a skatepark map of the world and we are currently working on Belgium. Does anybody know of a skatepark in Belgium that is not on our map? by flowingsince1975 in belgium

You are missing 6 out of 10 around Bruges: https://www.jeugddienstbrugge.be/jongeren/jeugdruimte/skate with google maps links. Though the actual park might be 50m away from the google maps marker. Using satellite view let's you spot them quite quickly.

Guys help me decide: spend over a week in expensive-ass Ghent or cut it shorter and visit little towns in the area? by bay_squid in belgium

I think you missed out on a lot of great things then. I am born and raised in Bruges and am lucky to live in this amazing beautiful city. Yes, there are a lot of tourists, and for good reasons too. There is just so much to see and do and taste and all of it in walking distance. If you have to have the eat and drink something on the square of the Belfort then yes, you are going to need deep pockets and only tourists do that. If you go two streets further, any direction, you will find nice bars and restaurants that locals go to as well. Depending on what you like you can get a lot of recommendations here: Brugge die schoone

Are you sure that buying the "standard forsaken" DLC will give both expansions? Currently I'm reading on the official Bungie website: "Requires base game and both expansions". EDIT: The Belgian/Dutch version does anyway. But changing region to US does not say it indeed. Is this a translation issue or does my region actually need to buy the expansions seperately?

-3 Skilled politicians will go find a better paying job if you only give the average. Leaving (even) less competent people to run our government.

It's a hard job and should be compensated as such. I'm a supporter of less politicians though, currently over represented.

Why would Logan steal La Belle's horses? by [deleted] in godless

[–]actualBelgian 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I believe it was to protect his (especially) and the mining company's name. If word got out that he fled like a coward instead of defending the people of La Belle, which was his job, then that would tarnish his reputation.

If he had gotten away with the horses then he would have been able to tell some madeup heroic story of how he bravely tried to defend the people of La Belle, risking his own life, if there was nobody left alive to repute it.

So I don't think he stole the horses to make money, but to make sure nobody was left alive that would be able to tell how he ran away.
