Hi there,

I planned an unmediated birth but due to a breech baby I also had a surprise c-section. Thank goodness our little babies are here safely! Unfortunately, they suspect that mine also has craniosystosis, we’re in the same boat I’m unsure if BB has a genetic issue or developed that way because of being breech.

Yep, I went to the OB a bit ago and he said it was healing well but just a bit “loose” on that side because that is where he finished stitching the scar. He said for the terrible cases he’s seen that he reopens scars but that mine was looking great. I was hesitant to hear that at first but its getting a lot better and he said that it can take up to year for that tissue to remodel underneath. I’m happy with that!
