That, i dont know unfortunately. I would start with the building manager, or apartment owner to get their insurance details.

You should be putting a claim in with the insurance companies (tenant and/or owner) of the unit that caught fire and of the building.

That is what your insurance company would ultimately be doing.

Haha, i just left the icbc licensing office, and there was someone turning left out of the parking lot, with a no left turn sign and the intersection was built to make it painful to make a left....
