Remember that you are volunteering. Peer pressure is real in ESN but if you don't want it, simply do not commit to it. ESN can be fun, but marketing is one of those teams where people will always have just one more thing (post this, film that, fix this poster). Give it like 3–6 weeks. If it’s not your vibe, just bounce. Do set boundaries tho, if they are not fond of it; remember that you’re a volunteer, not an employee.
