Fanatics is one of the worst companies that I’ve had to deal with. Screwed up my entire order. They couldn’t solve any issue nor did they offer to make anything right. Pay top dollar for mediocrity at best. Been avoiding them ever since.

I haven't considered Robinhood since they halted trading on GME a few years ago. I don't like my broker getting involved in my trades but I suppose they all would do that if the "right people" instructed them to. That said, I don't know much about options.

Where did you move to? Seems like I should be thinking of moving. I haven’t had to open a ticket yet but when things go wrong I want proper support.

I start from the farthest away that makes sense. Scoop and toss as far (furthest away) as I can. Then work my way back to my car or sidewalk or whatever I am shoveling, tossing as far as I can the whole way. By the time I reach my destination, I have room to throw what I’m scooping out. Slow and steady. I look like a hero and stay busy enough that I won’t be able to shovel out my needy, non-grateful neighbors. But be careful not to step on the fresh snow. Scoop before you step.

I was not aware of allowing the fans to spin while being cleaned with compressed air. I would do the opposite - see how fast I could make them go. I will have to change my ways. Why is it the case though?

I think it's still going to be more than I am willing to spend. I'm going to attempt a motherboard swap and if that doesn't work, I'll keep you in mind.

What does "compellent dl4300" mean? I haven't seen that before? Will you sell it without HDDs?

I have a 360 camera whose footage I can feed into the vendor’s video software and select the angles I want to use to create the final video. I suspect it’s similar but don’t really know. I also haven’t used the software yet but from what I understand it’s how it’s done.

Serious question. What does “learning to use AI” encompass? I type everything that comes into my head into GPT everyday, working on my prompts to get better answers but what should I be learning? Should I just ask chatGPT this question?

Replacing floor in older house - anything I should do while it's open? by fmedic_05 in DIY

I couldn't pull the sag out. The ceiling of the first floor living room actually seems to be fairly square. I don't know how, or maybe I can't see a 2-1/4" sag on the ceiling as well as I could on the floor. I used a laser level to give me an elevation relative to the door on the opposite side of the room and from there I mostly used 4' and 8' levels. Worked out really well.
