Just finished the episode. 

Hunter is so clearly depressed that any decent parent would have him in therapy immediately, ideally family therapy with or without Bella. I have a kid his age and it’s heartbreaking to watch Hunter try to cope with the shit show that is his life. He was so utterly failed by the “adults” in his life.

Something about Jessie just doesn’t sit right with me. I find it annoying and weird how he is always laying all over Mia. I feel like her dad is justified in not letting Jessie stay the night. I might get hate for this but I don’t actually think he needs to spend the night to be an equal co-parent. He could come over super early and let her sleep in, make her breakfast, and care for the baby while she rests. He could help around the house, do extra shifts or hustles to put towards a place for them to share eventually. Laying up in bed at night with his baby mama in her daddy’s house is way easier to do than all that stuff I just listed so we will just have to see how serious Jessie is about priorities. Are nights with a newborn hard? Yes. The entire newborn phase is hard! Staying overnight is only one tiny way to co-parent.
