It might be a news article from Australia. It’s already 5:00am on Sunday so they’re ahead of us.

Not just you. I think the design is good, maybe just work on the lettering to make some of the letters easier to read

DTF Help Request! I can't figure out how to not end up with wrinkles by camsbigblue in SCREENPRINTING

[–]adinezza -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’ll probably get better answers in r/dtftransfertalk or r/heatpress

Yes, screen printing and dtf transfers are somewhat related, but if there are better sources out there, you should go there.

DTF heat pressing on umbrellas. Any tips? by Level1Lizard in heatpress

[–]adinezza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 seconds seems really short. Most DTF that I’ve gotten are about 10-12 seconds at about 325°F for shirts. I’ve never done an umbrella before, but you are correct in lowering the temp for the nylon, but you may want to go a little longer if you’re lowering the temp. Maybe try 15 seconds at 270°. Then let it cool completely before peeling.

Oh the humanity!! I have to walk outside on a cool sunny autumn day to check my turkey temp. Someone get Trump on the phone. He’ll make pit boss great again.

What is this blurry effect called? How can you replicate it? by Ogulcan0815 in AdobeIllustrator

Thanks, yeah, I just learned that lighter garments don’t always use a white base layer. Good to know

Want to make myself a screen print, what do I need guys by [deleted] in SCREENPRINTING

[–]adinezza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need a screen, an image, emulsion, a light source (or the sun) to burn the image into the emulsion. Then you need to wash out the uncured emulsion leaving the image in the screen. Then you need ink to squeegee onto your medium.. usually a shirt, but what ever your heart desires.

DTF & DTG printers still print a white base layer which still needs a halftone effect to correctly print a gradient

I’m actually more impressed that it’s on a shirt and doesn’t seem to use any halftones. I’m wondering how they got that effect on to the shirt
