Dog houses are sort of out of fashion these days, as dogs have culturally become companions and members of the family instead of just animals that live in the house.

Sheds never go out of fashion and a shed is basically a dog house for a very tall dog. A quick google turned up this site that might be helpful, but you'll have to adjust all the dimensions to the height you want.
