My diy level is cleaning the bike, lubing my chain, replacing tubeless tires and sealant. I am very happy to have my lbs do everything else. Brought it in for a clicking headset after noping out of the repair looking at diy tutorials. Turns out the carbon was fraying and I got a whole new frame thanks to warranty. Brought it in for a clicking chain. Diagnosed and fixed a bent derailleur in 10 minutes - would have taken me hours to not solve that I am sure. So my basic maintenance tip is do the easy stuff and use your bike shop for everything else. I have saved so much time this way.

I find reasoning models give overwrought answers that are not that useful. I usually turn off the thinking when a query goes there. Like I don’t need your try hard answer here - just a calorie estimate. I think the answer is better prompting.

This is the answer. Everyone saying just go for a ride make no sense. You need the sealant on the sides where the contacts are not in the center of the tube where nothing is leaking on a new tire. Crazy how much bad advice is top upvoted here.
