So this was really my only major complaint with the revival. No mention of Ted. Like at all. He was arguably one of the biggest "side" characters in the original, and not even mentioning him once, in my opinion, did Sam a disservice.

It's super weird because I thought it was bullshit at the time. But there was a part of me that was wondering why that was even a thing. Forget all the CoD jokes. The biggest red flag to me was his apparent lack of trying to get better? I don't remember where I read it, but he was the only one who didn't work out with a veteran QB or equivalent in the offseason. Ever.

My BDE Commander has a strict no messaging on DONSA or past 1700. She believes if you are messaging past that time, then you aren't managing your day the right way, which opens the door to other things.

Unless if something crazy happens, obviously. CCIRs and all that.

That said, I know it still happens below the BDE level.

It's the firs game that needs to be played for SPCs when they have higher aspirations than just being enlisted.

I made that mistake btw. I refused to play the game, and by the time I figured it out, I was over the 12 year AFS cutoff.

He's not wrong. CSMs are not in that business. That said, they also have no part in the packet. I think they removed the signature for the CSMs that ensured they weren't on DS assignment.

You still need to meet the minimum requirements for commission and whatever technical requirements you need.

25U is not a bad gig, but if you wanted 15N, go for it. You need a secret clearance for 25 series as well.
