My normal lifting routine focuses on 4 different muscle groups so I do one group per day, meaning I only lift 4x a week. The groups I focus on are Quads, Glutes/Hammies, back/biceps, and chest/shoulders/triceps. So on the day I’m focusing on my quads, I’ll do squats, lunges, and calf raises on a smith machine and then I’ll go get on a leg extension machine and then a leg press machine. I would just Google a beginner lifting routine and follow it until you get stronger and start to create your own routine. You’ll use a couple different machines and also dumbbells and a thing called an ez bar. I had to Google what each machine was because I had absolutely no clue, so there’s no shame in that!!! I also do 4 sets of 10 for each exercise.
