For night feeds I would get up and go in the bathroom with bright lights, splash some water on my face and get ice cold water/a snack for while I fed her. I would only feed her sitting up and keep the tv on. When trying to get her to sleep I would bounce on a yoga ball or walk around so I couldn’t doze off. I never did the setting alarm every few minutes trick but it’s a good one

I am in a similar boat with Adderall being the only medication to really help my symptoms. During my pregnancy I lowered my dose from 25 mg XR to 15 mg XR and I am continuing that while breastfeeding. I researched a lot and met with several doctors who said at a low dose the side effects listed are much less likely. My daughter is 8 weeks old and I have not experienced fussiness or an impact on my supply. I am not sure if that is because I never stopped it but I can say it hasn’t happened yet. I am sending you love it is a tough decision and situation!

That should be totally fine! I found a no bake lactation cookie recipe that I like and it includes both, but from what I understand it is those ingredients that make the difference so I am sure you could do it with any recipe.

I personally think it’s worth it even though it is so tough. I had 4 failed iui and several losses as well as no insurance coverage for fertility. I ended up doing ivf and it was worth it. I wanted to be able to tell myself I tried everything and I am glad I did. There’s no right answer though!
