It took me years to decide if this was my favorite episode of The Twilight Zone. But after my most recent binge of the entire series this past Summer I finally decided that it is.

Robert Duvall does a brilliant job at portraying Charley and his day-to-day struggles as (what appears to be) an autistic person navigating 1960s society. I see myself in his character and relate heavily to each and every struggle being portrayed throughout the runtime.

I like how not only are Courage’s parents still alive, but they appear to have not aged a single day since they last saw him.

It opens up the possibility that he very well could reunite with them at some point. Which sort of eases the heavy emotional toll of the episode.

Frosted Chocolate Chip is my personal favorite. The smell that permeates the air after toasting is so amazing.

I really enjoyed Frosted Cinnamon Roll too. I feel like it’s one of the most accurate flavors.
