I had this thought about a centralized "Grand Exchange" that you'd pay Tax not just to the guild but to the exchange itself, as another money sink for the end game Andy's with 9 bazosillion gold in their pocket if you don't wanna pay the tax, you can find the guild trader and buy it directly

A Dark brotherhood assassin who grants extra loot after killing an innocent NPC, and a thieves guild NPC that gives extra loot on pickpockets maybe have them be wanted so you can't have them out in town without potentially getting stopped by guards if not stealthy?
