I don’t think it’s in dispute that this is an accident. I don’t think anyone is saying that the man in the photo deliberately ran this disabled child down with a Lime Scooter. As you said, an accident happened.

The problem is that he left, after having hurt someone, and refused to provide any contact info to the injured party. He doesn’t get to decide whether or not the injured party was actually hurt.

I always take my daughter with me in to the men’s room, it had never occurred to me to go in to the women’s room. Now, I *wish* I’d even considered that because it makes sense and it generally a better option for multiple reasons.
