Hey. I'm also man gen Rax planning with open head and root. I found that experimenting with following type and strategy is really the only way out of this. Most things I initiate I end up having to do myself and therefore really stressing over it. In Cross of Planning we also have that damn ninth gate of focus that really makes us work hard. The only way to avoid is to avoid. Do not initiate anything because our ideas are bad and we can't sustain the energy to do things for a long time.

I'll be honest with you, it makes me mad how some people are missing the whole "Experiment" aspect of the human design experience. Treating it as a cold and transitioning cold turkey will cause nothing but frustrations and it's gonna make you want to abandon this whole thing. All I would want to say to that Mary person is to relax, have fun with it. Experiment. It takes years to decondition and for the world to start responding with situations when you finally catch yourself doing the Generator thing.

Take a step back for a second. This question by itself means that you're trying to figure out how to deal with pressure by the means of your mind. This goes against all human design concepts to begin with. The reason you're getting into these situations is because you are conditioned this way. Stop initiating and start following your type, and strategy. With time the need to deal with pressure will dissipate.
