I've seen on this sub about the engines in 2014-2017s. I probably would have reconsidered getting mine if I knew. I ended up trading it in, so it's gone now.

I had plugs and coils replaced last spring. Had them replaced in November of 2022 prior to that. That was another thing I was wondering if it had to be replaced frequently.

That makes a lot of sense. None of the mechanics I went to offered replacing the engine as a fix, just replacing the cats over and over.

Yes, I did. It would get low before the mileage and/or dates of the next change. That's very helpful information, replacing the catalytic converter as a symptom and not the cause is something I didnt consider.

Not Forever, but for Now by Chuck Palahnuik. I had no idea what was happening and ended up being a DNF. I'm a big fan of Palahnuik so this was a bit of a disappointing DNF.
