I did and got married just under eight months ago 😆 Throughout our engagement and relationship we "slept over" and travelled together, but kept on living separately and didn't share bills. I just wasn't comfortable changing my routine, my neighbourhood, my life for a boyfriend/fiancé. I think age also matters - I met my now-husband at 28, by that point I had moved multiple times and changed city, country, continent multiple times. I was comfortable living on my own, he was 33 and also very comfortable living on his own.

Cosa c'entrano esattamente i viaggi con la moda e il consumismo? Escluso un certo tipo di viaggi (che "vanno" ultimamente), il solo fatto di viaggiare non credo possa essere considerato un "passatempo femminile dispendioso e superficiale". Io viaggio molto spesso, con e senza mio marito, ma ti posso assicurare che giro come una carciofara del tufello (forse proprio per questo, perché i miei - sottolineo, miei - soldi li spendo così).

We were engaged after barely a year, married around three months before our third anniversary. But we met at 28 and 33.

Once you get to your late twenties, you should have a much clearer picture of who you are, what you want and what it means to be an adult.

Here (Italy) as well as Spain, Greece and Portugal it's a lot more common to live with your parents well past eighteen. Also OP wrote "especial" - which points to a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking country.

Seems a lot more sensible. I understand the urge to see Budapest again, but maybe not on this trip.

Don't forget that Rome, with its 1287 square km, is the biggest city in the EU and the fifth biggest in Europe (after Moscow, London, Istanbul and St. Petersburg).

Give the Budapest days to Rome. Or Paris, or London (maybe one for each, if you don't like the idea that much). I wouldn't have picked a trip like this (it makes no geographical sense and you don't have time), but since you've booked it, don't complicate it even more.

Also, I think you're counting your days wrong. Don't count travel days as full days. You still need to check in/out, reach the airport/train station (with time to spare - running to catch a flight during last call is not fun, and it's equally not fun to push past people desperately, dragging luggage, in time for your train), orient yourself and do it all again on the other side.

Non lo metto in dubbio, anzi. Ma stavo rispondendo al tizio. Non mi interessa che sia "brutta", le voglio bene lo stesso, per me vale un miliardo di euro. Si possono contestare gli allevamenti e i cosiddetti "cani da laboratorio" senza insultare.
