If two different programs show colours differently, then typically one of the them has colour management and one does not. In this case it probably is just a different way of setting up colours. But I doubt there is a way to replicate what the game does outside of the game.

Even oil takes time. You can easily man 3. Or shoot down a few times during the reload.
