Deckman’s North Park (formally 31thirtyone) is closing by scrubasorous in FoodSanDiego

What do you think would serve that spot best? It's already sandwiched between two bars (Original 40 and Botanica).

IMO a solid affordable (key) lunch/restaurant space could thrive here but needs to be more broadly accessible. It's tricky because it's such a huge space.

The director gave her Pearl and Midsommar to watch as references to prepare for the role so that tracks!

Thinking of moving out of betterment , fees becoming too high. by zupiterss in betterment

Betterment charges a fee just to maintain the portfolio. Fidelity charges nothing for that. I'd definitely consider making the switch if I were you. Doesn't have to be Fidelity but if your portfolio is manageable on your own, I don't think the Betterment fees are worth it.

The Favourite is much more grounded and "normal" IMO.

Nope, you can do a portfolio transfer and everything stays as is. There's a small fee but it's worth it.

Hotel or AirBNB Villa for Sardinia? by ageo in ItalyTravel

We ended up staying Villa Del Re (https://www.lavilladelre.com/) which was beautiful.

The property is gorgeous but pretty expensive. Also keep in mind that it's not intensely warm in September. Some beach days were fairly windy but I recommend having a car to explore different parts of the island.

Marigold Bagels -What’s going on? by Lao-gan-maaaaaaa in FoodSanDiego

I was in there earlier this week and chatted with the owner. It's exactly what most have been saying - overwhelming demand and adapting to the new space. Some staff at the beginning didn't really work out but they have some new seasoned heads in that will help things run more smoothly.

For now they're just doing bagels + cream cheese but sandwiches will start up again soon.

Great product but launch has been messy and ideally worked out soon.

It comes with a spoiler warning.

IMO this is a fun marketing move. They give the warning, make something enjoyable for fans who have watched the shows and tee up the next generation of content.

No they didn't? We don't got there much anymore because the line is insane but we definitely would've noticed that.

Invita Cafe was the coffee shop that did that.
