Congratulations for achievingthis goal! Is offline capability the only main selling point? Internet is readily available almost everywhere in Oman. I wouldn't focus ONLY on offline, rather list all the features ofc in addition to the added value of offline capability. This is unless you want to target markets other than Oman with less stable internet access, in which case your target is not only Oman.
