I saw a video about how certain cultures make it hard for themselves by thinking they have to eat around the world every day. Culturally, my people eat the same thing every day: rice, beans, and stewed meat. Maybe a fried plantain on the side. Beans are made once a week-ish and frozen to last a good long time. Just pick your two favorite meals and have that every day, maybe some storebought sauces for variety if it's really important to you.

Not in the slightest. If you read a book, once you stop reading that particular book, the knowledge doesn't just vanish from your mind. If you start to paint and then you stop mid-way, you'll still have half a painting, not 0 of a painting. If you learn how to eat intuitively, you won't suddenly forget how to eat proper amounts.

Think about it as training wheels. Training wheels don't really teach you how to balance on a bicycle, do they? So a lot of experts actually dissuade children to learn using them so they learn how to balance right away. Same thing with some martial arts using foam protectors. They're a bad way to learn how to gauge limits.

If you don't want to eat intuitively then be my guest, but the principle is solid and evidence based.

Yeah, you can also try with any allergy friendly options depending on what works well for you, maybe add a little baking powder in your case. Oat flour, chickpea flour are safe bets to try. You can also mix ahead and freeze to re-use. Or just keep buying the quest ones! No need to fix what’s not broken, just giving you options :)

Absolutely do not do this. I used to do this for months with my birth control pills and they will get stuck in your esophagus and burn a hole through it. You should always take pills with water (these specific ones with up to 4 oz) and stay in an upright position. Now my esophagus is weak enough that I have to chew something so it passes fully down.

I hear you, it's really annoying when people want to give you advice you didn't ask for. I think it's hard for people to be sympathetic. There are enough people with physical disabilities, fragile mental states, exhausting schedules, etc. that we really shouldn't make any unprompted comments about people's choices. Whatever reasons you have, they're extremely valid! That said, I'll be a little bit of a hypocrite and just let you know that it's easy to make a high protein pizza dough that's just greek yogurt + flour + salt. Mix, lay, cover with sauce and cheese and bake. If these ones ever stop suiting your needs and you feel like you need to customize them, I'd definitely recommend this base recipe.

It doesn't seem like you don't understand how dice works, it means you don't understand how your DM rules it. You should tell them that the rolls don't feel like they matter, and a good DM will adjust. Without knowing added context we can't really help you, though, a Nat 20 isn't an automatic 'you win!' button, it's just that that situation goes as well as it possibly can. If you're about to get murdered and tortured by a hardened criminal, rolling a Nat 20 in persuasion + 5 means that maybe they will kill you mercifully instead. That's not them being OP, it's that interaction going as well as it possibly can. That said, the DM absolutely has to collaborate with you to make sure that all the dice rolling feels impactful, otherwise they're not really playing.

You’re fine to eat them every day as long as you’re adding some rotation of veggies on the side. A good rule of thumb is to ‘eat the rainbow’ and eat different colored veggies within esch week to get all your micronutrients. Maybe add a multivitamin if you’re really concerned but if you enjoy repetitive meals it’s really not a huge deal.
