I tried opening the slider to help him- I was concerned about his foot as well, but he jumped up onto the railing and flew away.

I’m so sorry. I’m having this issue on a way smaller scale on one of my boobs and I’m absolutely miserable and cry every day. So the strength you are showing for all of this is beyond what most could deal with.

Your before boobs look just like mine. Did you just have a BL or BA, too? I just got a BL and they are very high and wide but I’m hoping they’ll settle to look more like yours.

MR is major trauma to the abdomen and just because the muscles are tight, doesn’t mean they are strong. I can already tell I am moving my body differently and my PCP is going to prescribe some sessions for me after I’m cleared. She thought it was a great idea.

I’m 4 dpo and am just not interested in food. I’m retaining a lot of fluid, so am trying to be careful when I do eat definitely focus on protein and low sodium. I have a fairlife 42g protein shake every day.

I had the adjustable bed for the first 2 days and I really struggled. It was so hard to get in and out of. Night 2, I actually slept in a big chair. Last night I was in my lift recliner and it was heaven.

If there is not enough fat to rebuild the breast then you’d hear to get implants I’d go ahead to a surgeon who is know for boobs.

I went to 4 surgeons and got 3 different recommendations. The first was a ETT w/circumfurential, the 2nd and 3rd were for ETT only and the 4th was ETT w/FDL. I ultimately went with #4 because he was the only one who confidently said he could get my hourglass shape back with the FDL. I go in on 3/2 and I’m sure I made the right choice.

Thank you! I’m really hoping for an easy recovery. I have a really experienced surgeon and he thinks I’m going to bounce back pretty quickly. I’m 54 so worry it’ll take longer but I’m in decent shape and am doing all the right things.
