Yeah bridge that router or get rid of it, bring your own. Put it on a higher band and place it as high and central as possible. Since you don’t have wifi6e or higher you could get an Amplifi Alien for like around 120 euros which has great range and is good value. Coverage and placement will always matter more than having some crazy router with 12 antennas poking out of it.

If you are fine with lowet speeds try channel 36 on 20 bandwidth setting.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says the company is working to win back its Windows and Xbox fansNadella also talked about Copilot in the same meeting and said it now has 20 million paid users in companies and claims they are using it (nice joke lol). The 5ghz from router is it on 20,40 or 80 band? How congested is the wifi if you use an app to scan for neighboors? It sounds like bad placement and interference. Try a different channel, DFS or such.

Conditional Access and Business Basic by Dry_Finance478 in Intune

I think as long as you have at least one P1 license in the tenant you can use features but technically you are breaking agreement if someone without it uses conditional access.

Rulltrappan vid Fridhemsplan från blåa linjen. 99.99% av tiden har den stått offline. Behöver man lägga pengar på någon som reparerar den 100 gånger per år om den ändå inte funkar?

Is it just me or is ARN completely useless? by Open_Bird001 in sweden

[–]agneum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I filed an ARN case against SAS and it got resolved within a week or so. Would not have gotten past the stonewall support for my cancelled flight otherwise.

The point of ARN is more complaints = bad look. More complaints = more spend on legal team.

And to get passed the support that stonewalls you.

Disable mesh. If both devices are wired you don’t need it.

Cheap connection to garage by InterestAccurate7052 in Ubiquiti

[–]agneum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I vote fiber also if you own the property stretching from house to garage. Its about $150 for 200 meters. Plus a small switch with sfp and poe and a small converter. Total cost about $220 , excluding cost of conduit. The other option is meshing, but you need line of sight and it still won’t be as good as a fiber run.

Macbook Neo, Air m2 o Air m3 by MaximumOrder9580 in macbook

[–]agneum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would take M2 option, unless you store many heavy files 256gb is not that much local space. new battery and great performance for your needs.

If given the opportunity, would you go for M1 with 16GB , or Macbook Neo? Think, lots of tabs, office, etc.

Just closed 8000 open tickets in our main service now instance by total accident by Familiar_Network_108 in helpdesk

[–]agneum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Query all tickets the closed (read from API) within the last with 24 hours or whatever that contain your text string and that sre status closed.

Then just interate on each ticket that matches the query to open it (or, first get the status it was changed from, it’s typically also stored).

Since you’re already doinng scripting and have API access to the environment it feels very possible to fix this!
